Today I had everyone “helping” in the studio, at one time or another. Unfortunately one of the cats, Mugsy, does NOT think the dog, Patch, should be allowed in the studio. And she is VERY vocal about it! So it was a rather loud day, in places
This is in my hallway, not in the studio - she does not like having her picture taken, and this is where I managed to sneak up on her.
Patch is coming into the studio. I have double doors to the outside, and I have put plastic in two sheets over them (since they do not actually keep the outside out!), but he can come through the slit. He is a German Shorthair pointer, and a very LARGE dog! He mostly helps by lying where I need to be next.
Speckles is the mother cat, and is the “boss” of all the animals. Here, she is “supervising” me at work. She does this very well! She is our “up” cat, and loves to be up high on whatever surface is available. In the house, we keep a medium sized ladder open, with a furniture pad (we make them) draped across the top. This is her preferred sleeping spot - she can supervise the world!
With their help I had a great day in the studio! Got lots done, and made my first ever tie tacks. Can’t get them to photograph properly, but will try to post about them when I get some good pictures.
